At around 3,016 meters above sea level, the region combines wide open grasslands, grazing horses, and a mirror-like alpine lake. The camps are typically run by local families and offer basic but authentic accommodation inside traditional felt yurts. Visitors experience nomadic life directly—horse riding, traditional food, milking livestock, and evenings around the stove inside yurts.
